Crashes every few minutes

Windows 10 x64 LTSC.
Playing as Brazil in Singleplayer in ~1870. The further I play, the more often it crashes.
I played a few hours in Multiplayer as Brazil (with all DLCs) and had zero crashes.
DLCs: only Sphere of Influence.
Version: 1.7.6, no mods

Attached three last crash reports and dxdiag. I wanted to attach a save file too but after the last crash all my autosaves are gone.

I don't see a clear cause of this in those files. Has this always happened with this game, or it was okay up to some point?

IF dxdiag.txt fails to attach here, rename it to dxdiag.log , or zip it up.

Last time I played on version 1.3 and never had any crashes but it was with a different graphic card (integrated in Ryzen 3 PRO 4350G). Now I have AMD RX 7800 XT. The system is the same, the game installed a few days ago. I'd try using the integrated card again but my Windows refuses to load if I don't completely disable it in BIOS

Maybe my Windows is just broken after I moved it from one SSD to another and installed a new graphics card...

I think you are running low on available memory, there's a lot of stuff in that page file.

Please expand your Windows paging file maximum size to 32gb

Optional: Increasing the paging file size on Windows computers

On computers that have 8 GB of RAM, the suggested paging file size is 16 GB.

AND exit every other app you can before starting the game.

With 32 GB pagefile it doesn't seem to crash anymore, thank you!
