Crashes the game after load

Hi
I have the problem with the saves after ~150 game years. During load, the game crashes into the desktop. I tried play with older saves but after the reach that period, saving and reload, the game still crashes. I played with mods. I also turned off mods and again tried save. The problem did not disappeared.
I play via XBOX game pass.
