Crashes to desktop on character death

Description​

The game crashes whenever my current character dies.
I have tried a few things by opening it with debug mode:
- If i kill of my character, i get a CTD.
- I can play normally for multiple years if character stays alive
- I can swap to another character and play as it, but if i kill of my original character - CTD
