Crashes to Desktop randomly

Description​

I've followed all the troubleshooting steps in https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/threads/victoria-3-1-7-known-issues.1689531/ , however I'm still getting CTDs randomly. Can play for maybe 30-60 minutes before CTD. Other times its just 10 minutes.

Steps to reproduce​

Just playing. Usually CTDs happen when I'm just fast forwarding through the years, maybe? Its really random
