Crashing on Zoom Out

Since I loaded UEII have been unable to zoom out the map.
The rest of the game is fine but I crash out to the desktop everytime I try to zoom out my map (no error report). My system is .

Windows XP Home (clean install)
Athlon 1.0 GHz 256MB RAM
GeForce2 MX/MX 400 Drivers 2.8.3.2
SB Live Value!
Latest patch loaded.

Any ideas?

Do you have the Ozisoft copy?
If so where did you get the patch?
AFAIK they havent had one done for it yet.

I purchase my EUII copy from Canada & used the US patch,

that's the reason! a game purchased in Canada with a US patch is bound to crash!

Serious:
Remove your video drivers with this utility:
Detonator Destroyer and then reinstall the newest drivers.

Follow the instructions on their page.
