The current game version is 4.0.2 - have you reverted to one of the 4.0.1x versions perhaps?
But if this is an unmodded galaxy and reliably crashes, please make a new thread in Bug Reports here and attach the affected save game file there, for QA to look into.

Thank you! No, I didnt revert anything during the time ive played this save. I already made a bug report but didnt attach the save file yet.
