Its more playable now than it was September 1, 2020. I'm able to at least play around 10 minutes before it white screens and crashes. so maybe in a few more patches ill be able to play for 10 years in-game. progress.

Can you attach yoru dxdiag. The errors from the logs indicate that your video card is failing. The 750m is fairly underpowered though.

You should ensure that your Nvidia graphic drivers are up to date. As well as ensuring that you're forcing the game to use the Nvidia card via the Nvidia Control Panel expliclity for ck3.exe

Its failing? I have two 750m sli.. most games run fine, i can play ck2 just fine, league at max settings just fine but im mostly a console player. i mainly play crusader kings 2, league and thats it. everything else on xbox. i dont know what the xdiag is? the drivers are up to date, and i know its an old card but id hope two of them would make up the difference.

Your error logs indicate there is a GPU issue

1) Disable the SLI as that's always a problematic thing
2) update your video drivers
3) ensure you're forcing the nvidia drives via the nivida control panel
