The game crashed when zoning the lumber industry next to an overpass.

Steps to reproduce​

The game crashed when zoning the lumber industry next to an overpass. Remove fake garbage. I placed the small coal plant and had it off since the start of the game. A random "garbage is piling up" icon appeared while the plant was still off.
