Crashing whenever I try to merge armies (Crash Report also failing)

Description​

Every single time I attempt to merge an army my game crashes. I have about 5 hours into the new patch and it just started doing it. I've attempted to reload the game and play further into the game and it still crashes. I've tried to start a new game and the same thing happens when I attempt to merge an army now. It has rendered the game completely unplayable.

The crash report is also failing. It fails to send every time I attempt to report.

Hello there! Thank you for the report. It unfortunately wasn't clear what the issue was. Could you provide more information and if possible a way to reproduce the issue?

This is happening to me too. To reproduce try to merge the two armies in Tarsos. Dividing them sometimes also crashes. It`s the first time it happens in this save file which I guess is about 8 hours long.
Let me now if you need another file. (By the way the crash reporter is not working).
