crashing while liberating puppet (v1.06)

Hi I updated my hungarian HoI version to an english 1.04
Everything worked properly and the game was translated to english.
Then I got the new patch 1.06
I found a very useful feature the liberating of an annexed nation.
But if I click to the nation and press Grant the prog dies and returns to the desktop

The same issue occures with the Germans at the 7th December 1944
----
I tried version 1.06b but nothing happens
