Criminal Megacorp and my Pegenitor Hive.

So I am on a pregenitor Hive play atm.

I meet a criminal Megacorp, and it was all fine.
There were no branch offices for decades.

But then I conquart another planet from my other neighbor.
Which happend to have a criminal branch office on it.
(at least I think so, because the reduce crime disscion was activ )

I keept his pops as livestock, and from that day on and only on this planet, difiance seems to rise every now and than.

I also get the notification, that I could use the expropiation CB aggainst the criminal megacorp empire.
And also that if have lost this CB after the Situation has been dealt with.

But a few years later it happend aggain.
I got the CB aggainst the syndicat and drones starting to act abnormal.


I am pretty sure the criminal megacorp keeps on building a branch office on this planet.
luckily only on this one.
But he should not be able to do this.

I cant even get to the holdings side of the Planet to be sure.

I play on xbox with all DLC's.
I tried to save, shut down and restart this save file.
But this problem keeps on.
