Greeting! This is my very first attempt at writing an eu4 AAR, while I do enjoy wacky campaign in Asia, I was bored to dead seeing generic Europe. So I decided to starts in Europe with simple premise, plays as Poland and became the hegemon of Europe (without destroying HRE despite how much I hated it)
Settings
Difficulty: Very Easy (I am terrible at this game)
Lucky Nations: Random (Restarts until France, England and Austria are not lucky nations)
Random New World: On (Despite knowing that no matter how unique the tags spawned there are, they will always be consumed by Colonizers )
Poland in 1444 is in it's most precarious state ever. With it's king slain in crusade againsts the turk, the hungarian and bohemian covets our land despite the former having been ruled by us mere month ago. Now the Hungarian have elected to be under the rule of Austrian should their Archduke comes off age and it won't be long before they try to claims our throne too! But amidst all the debate over who the king of Poland should be, the brother of late Wladislaw III seem to have the most legimate claim along with the power to back his claim up.
Naturally, the noble of Poland rejected his arrogance proposition and crowned the illegimate but Polonized child of late Wladislaw II. To the patriotic noble of Poland, while he is half-peasant he is fully pole in both physical and spiritual as he was said to have accompanied Wladislaw III and attempted to save him from the Turk but failed.
His first duty as the king of Poland is to ridicule and antagonize Bohemia and Hungary for not sending an emissary to prostrate at his feet. Due to this insults, it is said that Stanislaw will make the disaster of Varna look like a child's play and vowed to put crown of both nations on his head.
While on a royal tour in Lwow, Stanislaw dueled with a otherwise unfamiliar vagabond and won. It was then that Stanislaw realised that this vagabond was his long lost sibling, Kryshtof. As an exchange to sowing unrest in Lithuanian lands, he agreed to take the Polish throne once Stanislaw died and led the Patriotic Pole noblity againsts Lithuanian pretender.
With this, victory will surely be at our hand.
