Crusader Kings Complete issues(?)

Hello, I'd like to report some issues I had with Crusader Kings Complete(someone might already have reported them by now) on Steam.
I got this game as a Steam gift from one of my friends, and at the store page http://store.steampowered.com/app/204940/ it says "Play all religious orders – choose between the Knight´s Templars, The Knights of St John, The Teutonic Order or the Order of Calatrava and the Order of Santiago". The problem is that when I enter the game, I can't find the Teutonic Order at all in the "choose factions panel". Also, shouldn't steam have given me some sort of code for CK Complete(at least to use on the forum)?
I mention that I have Win XP and the game runs perfectly(when I enter it says it's "Crusader Kings Deus Vult 2.1beta"). I also mention that I already have CK installed on my PC(when Paradox gave away CK DV for free, at the release of CK2), could this be the problem or I just do something wrong when I search for the Teutonic Order?

My friend, who also bought the game, says he doesn't see ANY religious factions at all, especially Teutons(which we both wanted to play with).

What is wrong with the game? We were lied to. :|

There's a mod that made orders playable if i remember correctly though, but in vanilla, no. Who lied to you was Steam. Contact them.
If you had CK DV before you should know. Again, its definitely a Steam problem.

There is no code for CK complete.

Also the text is just wrong it has never been possible to play the knightly orders.

Understood, but it's not only Steam, it's on other sites as well. Great classic regardless.
