Crusader Kings III Bug

So from when I pre-ordered and then installed the game the moment I started playing strange rectangles, squares and lines appeared. I tried updating drivers, uninstall then installing again, validating the game files...
Here is a photo of how the bug looks:

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/CK3/pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox/CK3/logs/ folder, attach system.log , error.log

I'm afraid your machine does not come near the minimum requirements for this game, which are:

• Processor: Intel® Core™ i3-2120 / AMD® FX 6350
• Memory: 6 GB RAM
• Graphics: Nvidia® GeForce™ GTX 460 (1GB) / AMD® Radeon™ HD 7870 (2GB) / Intel® Iris Pro™ 580 / Intel® Iris® Plus G7 / AMD® Radeon™ Vega 11

If you don't have access to a machine that meets those, please seek a refund from wherever you bought the game.
