Hi, first time poster here so sorry if I commit any mistakes. But I was looking into help for me and many other AMD users that have been playing this game. Apparently the game have a lot of issues when running on AMD GPUs causing constant crashes, found many other threads about this in different forums (Won't link because it may be against the rules), but they all go to the same place: "Hey, my game crashes every 20 minutes, I cannot play and I have a AMD pc". Never ever with a fix.
So I've been the past few days trying to get my game to work with no success so far, so I decided to come ask for help with it. Ill add all the details of my hardware and what i've tried so far, to see if anyone have a idea of how to help me make the crashing stop, and prabably many other AMD users.

Relevant PC Specs:
CPU - AMD Ryzen 7900xt
GPU - AMD radeon rx 7900xt
Driver Version - 25.3.1 driver only (no adrenalin). Most recent driver at posting time
RAM - 32gb DDR5 6000mhz fury
HD/SSD - Gigabyte Aorus NVMe gen4 7000s
OS - Windows 10, OS build 19045.5608 version 22H2

As you guys can see, I have a very High End hardware and should have no problem at all on running the game. Just as I do not have any problem running most other games or even HOI4, to which I already played over 200 hours with no problems.
Here are some of the tests I already tried doing to fix it:
-Changing the game from DX11 to Vulkan, no difference
-Verifying game files and reinstalling
-Veryfing OS Files
-Memtest
-Playing with and without mods
-Trying different levels of graphics quality
-Updating drivers and windows
-Running in Administrator Mode
-Using a shortcut to the binaries to skip the launcher and run the game directly

Nothing I tried so far fixed my problem, where the game keeps crashing every few minutes (if not a straight up BSOD). While looking at the windows crash dumps from when the pc restarted after a BSOD, I didn`t get any relevant info other than the error causing the restart, which is always one of the followings (some appeared more frequently than others, tho I don't remember which ones):
-IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
-NO_EXCEPTION_HANDLING_SUPPORT
-MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
-KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
-PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
-IRQL_UNEXPECTED_VALUE
-SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
-DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I believe thats all I have to share together with my CK3 logs. If anyona have any ideas of how to fix or wanna ask me anything, feel free to! Any help is appreciated

BSoD are always driver, Windows or hardware faults I'm afraid! Getting all those very different messages in the BSoD is a very very bad sign.

I do almost all the tech support for this game, here and in tickets, and I'm not aware there is any general current problem on AMD CPUs or GPUs. 13-14 gen Intel CPUs, yes!

DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.
IF dxdiag.txt fails to attach here, rename it to dxdiag.log , or zip it up.

Please install and run the free utility Speccy. Send its output to a text file and attach that here please.

Please report the temperatures of your CPU and video (GPU)
1/ before starting the game up and
2/ after say 10 minutes' play.
If your PC's vendor has given you no way of reading temperatures, install
SPEEDFAN http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php
