Crusades Not Firing

Started over two games in a row and the Crusades do not seem to be coming. Played one game up until 1104 with no Crusades and the second game up until 1085 with no Crusades?
Any ideas other than deleting reloading game from the harddrive?

Just play a little bit longer, 1085 is much to early and even 1104 is early. Yhe later the date the more likelier a Crusade will be callaed.

Not a bug here, the Crusades work on an MTTH just like any other event. It is possible, but very unlikely that you could play a whole DV game without a single crusade.
