CTD 1.03b Reproducible

I'm having a CTD a few days after loading a savegame.
I tried loading with differents countries but that didn't help.
No mods and a fresh 1.03b install. Not a savegame from an ancient version either.
The zipped version is over 1.3 M so if there is interest in looking this CTD up please give an email or something to send it.

I cannot play this GAME!!!!

I've done everything but I cannot play 1.03b because of game crashes!!! It is impossible to advance 50 years without CTD! please make a patch just for crashes.

Excactly same problem with save games I already posted in other forum but I think this is more appropriate . Tha save game is not corrupted the game just not save it seems it creates an empty save game (and CTD too) very bad ---> puting game to shelve waiting patch ASAP.
