CTD for Austria

I think i found an event bug for Austria, The game will CTD on the next day
November 20 1885, unless you create Hungary. In the meantime any hints as how I may edit the Hungary province build list? I have the save game file but
cannot attach it.

I have run this game for months and this is the first problem I have had.

Wrote a event to get the provinces back after releasing Hungary (except one), CTD again a month later, think it is a recurring event, is their a log?
I don't see it in historic events ledger.

So much for the new Austrian order in Europe, Think I'll go back to
playin' EU2 until patch 1.08 for victoria.
