CTD when I surrender

Well I've been having this problem for a while. Almost every time I click surrender, it goes to the score screen for a second and then the game crashes. I get that Windows report error message and I have to start it up again. There's no problem with the saved games and I've only had a crash in the game twice. I thought the problem was that I had no patches so I downloaded it. Does not solve. I'm playing Doomsday 1.3a. Anyone had this problem?

yep all the time on the vanilla version of the game 1.3b - i ust put up with it

I have the same problem. However the save will eventually correct itself then I wont have the problem. This has happened with every campaign. Since it is only a minor issue, and I just have to restart HOI I dont worry about it too much.

Like I say after playing a few times, the save should correct itself.
