I played CK2 yesterday, no problems. Today, I tried to play and it crashes when I go Single Player > Saved Games. The only thing I've done between the last time I played and now is update my soundcard drivers. I uninstalled CK2, then reinstalled (was going to do this anyeway because of the checksum/patch thing). I tried starting a new game, then saved and closed CK2, reopened and the same thing happens.

I suspect one of your save game files is corrupt. Try moving them all to somewhere else; if that helps move them back one by one to see which is corrupt.

Thank you for the response Andrew, so far that's looking like the problem. I've moved them all out and I can now open the Saved Games tab. Now for the testing to find the problem file!

EDIT: Looks like it was my current game as Napoli, and the autosave for the same game. Luckily for me, the olderautosave was still fine. Thanks again Andrew, you're a gentleman and a scholar!
