CTD when viewing Fleets at sea

Hi all you helpful people,
tried to find the answer in the old treads but couldn't find it.

Problem: Every time I click on a ship in a fleet at sea the game CTD.

I think I've patched to 1.3b and am running CORE mod.
Asked on CORE forum and they said install 1.3b for vanilla HoI2. Did that again but problem still the same.

Questions:
What should I do to solve CTD?
How do I see if 1.3b is installed (it sais 1.3 in the main meny)

OK... just read the 'how to report' sticky, sorry.

I'll back in a couple of houres with an corrected report - just need to get back to the computer in question.

As long as your using a mod, paradox staff can't help you. Make sure that your running vanilla HOI2 and see if your getting the same error.
