Ctd

Hey after a long time playing I got a CTD at the beginning of a year when the game tries to autosave.

It seems to be working OK with me. What are your system specs? Perhaps because the save is getting so large that may be the problem?

I had a similar problem, though mine was only a couple of years in. Turning off autosave for that new year (then turning it back on) got around the problem. There was still a bit of a pause before 1/1, so maybe the save + whatever maintenance it was doing was too much. Hasn't happened again anyway.
