I wanted the cultural tradition "Stauch traditionalists" and the reform would take 30 years. When i opened now to check, my tradition being implemented was insted "Profilic hunters"

I assume your ruler died in between and your new ruler was underage, so someone else was head of culture for some time? This is exactly what I have reported before, what keeps happening again and again and what is not being fixed for 8 months now. Very very disappointing...
