Culture reference tags (culture = culture:[name]) are changing during game.Description
This has happened several times since 2020, both with and without mods, but now it's actively interfering with my ability to mod.During some games, culture tags will change around. The culture names are correct, as are the traditions and pillars and associated effects, but any references to the cultures are shuffled randomly.
For example, the debug command "set_culture Italian" actually sets the culture to Roman, and the command "set_culture mel" sets culture to Anglo-Saxon, while Anglo-Saxon sets to Scots.
This is also true of any reference in the game files which references culture. I have an event that has the limit "limit = {culture = culture:sardinian}", and in the game, it requires Sicilian instead, and an event that sets the culture to Roman {set_culture = culture:roman} is instead setting it to Cisalpine.
If I start a new game, it's fixed, so it's not a persistent issue. It's reassigning the reference names to random cultures, and it's not a bad file or a mod issue. I've checked all of the game files related to culture, defines, events, effects, and on_actions, and none of them have any code that would make this happen.
Steps to reproduce
Start a new game and wait for some unknown period of time. Eventually, it will shuffle culture references around and break stuff.Game Version
