Europa Universalis is a great game!My cursor always after couple of minutes starts going slow and finally stops.Game is running,soliders are fighing,messages are coming and the coursor doesn't move.I tried on my friend's comtuter and evrhyting is OK...I have Celeron 266MHz,192MB RAM,GeForce2 MX 32 MB,10 GB HDD...Please help me,so I can play this excellent game!

I would make sure that you don't have any other applications running when playing EU.

Your processor isn't the fastest, but should be OK if you kill everything else.

I tend to run with everything else off including explorer.

Also run a defrag it can sometimes help.

One last one would be to try turning the game speed down - it should help the system cope if there is a lot going on.

Basically if it's a low CPU processing requirement it's OK so your 2 should be OK. But I work on the principle, "if you don't need it, why run it", it will only take up CPU and RAM memory. I have a 1GHz PIII, but still use that rule.

Defrag is Defragmentation. The amount of defrag increases over time and type of use, if you play a lot of games you should defrag on a regular basis if you want the games to run well. I usually do this every 1 to 2 months, but it depends on what you use your PC for.

Usually you need to defrag your disk if you start seeing performance issues with your games, slowing down ect...
