Is there a way to implement a custom graphical culture(ethnicity) for characters and prevent it from being used to create random courtiers in game? I want to give the custom ethnicity to a handful of characters at the start and have it so only their offspring have their graphical culture. This woukd be in a shattered world setting specifically.

When i play shattered world ive seen the jewish religion generated but a with a non default graphical culture but new courtiers have the default graphical culture so i suspect it can be done but i dont know how.

Any ideas? Specifically im curious how the generation of how randomly generated courtiers works.
