So, I edited a road to include tram lines, and it works fine! Trams will go over the roads through to a regular line. The problem I'm having is that I cannot make a tram stop on the road (like a bus stop), I can only make them on regular tracks, does anyone know why?

The lines will go over the road (and the trams do work), but I can't create a stop on that road like I would with a bus stop, but I can on the actual tracks.

There's no rail decal over the road, but it's fully function when the trams just pass over the road.

I'd suggest looking at the settings of a road that can have stops and compare these settings with your road.
Sorry for not being very helpful but maybe it helps you going in the right direction. :)
