So my brother recently purchased Arsenal of Democracy (on my strongest recommendation - great job, all involved), but his computer does not have a ten-key, and therefore no dedicated "+" or "-" button. That's generally not a problem, as a standard keyboard includes "-/_" and "=/+". However, AoD seems not to recognize either key when we use it - pressing control+"-/_" does not slow the game down, and pressing control+shift+"+/=" does not speed it up.
So I'm wondering if there's a fix for this? Perhaps it is possible to customize the keyboard, so that some random later - say z and x - act as + and - ?
It's not a huge deal for him right now, as he's just starting with the game, but once he's more comfortable with it, I think it's going to be something of a nightmare to have to go into "Options" every time he wants to speed the game up.
