Cycle planet button not using custom planet order and sort by type should put special types on top

Possibly not a bug but it would be nice if the cycle planet button (view on Xbox) would jump to the next planet on your list. I manually put relic and Gaia on top (auto sort by class doesn't put special planets on top!) but cycle button uses the default order.
