Czech Province names

I created file with dynamic czech province names.

I tried to test it, but I am not really good at world conquest, but all special czech letter which are used should work.

Don't know if @Trin Tragula noticed this thread, but after I posted it, I found out it's good idea to tag you.
And I also found few mistakes (well mostly they were letter which EU doesn't support) while playing EU4.

Why did you call Memel Klajpeda? In the EU4 timeline nobody except Lithuanians used that name.

Ok. there are 2 reasons.
1, Maybe it is stupid reason, but around Memel, everything has czech name (or it could be czech name) except Memel itself. And that 1 german name around all those czech(ish) names... it didn't look good. Klajpeda (czech translation of lithuanian Klaipėda) looks much better and more... czech.

2, at that time I didn't know that germans named this city after the river (this I learned few weeks ago) and this river has czech name. So if I made this now, I would put "Němen" instead of Klajpeda. In my personal folder I made a note and I plan to have another (4th?) look at province names and I will try to find "new names for provinces without czech name"/"fixed mistakes/etc.

@Trin Tragula I've added new czech names to province names file and I also fixed 1 or 2 names.
Also if you would be interested, I could take a look at new provinces (if you have a list of names) and I could try to find czech names for them before new patch is realesed.

You should also take a look at new provinces when The Third Rome comes out.
