I've noticed that in a lot of my games Daenarys never ends up marrying anyone and her lands sometimes pass to the Iron Throne upon her death, and even when she had some illegitimate children with Daario or some random Dothraki she never ended up legitimizing them. Daenarys doesn't seem like the type to hang up on those kinds of things, and if there were something that prompted her to legitimize those bastards it might keep the Targaryen line dying out like it seems to most of the time (at least in most of games from the last start).

On a side note, it also seems odd that the Iron Throne ends up inheriting Daenarys titles if she dies heirless. Some kind of event that breaks up her realms with the Great Masters taking back their cities might be a better outcome.
