There appears to be a bug that is caused by the tesla tower thing that repulses dust. What happens is the building becomes damaged and needs to be repaired, however the tower lowers the maintence bar, which in turn causes drones to ignore the damaged buildings. The building does have a repair icon over it, but drones ignore it. The only way I have found to fix the building is to salvage and then rebuild it.
