Danelaw invalidates a holy war agains Enlgand.

Description​

Waging a Holy War agains England (well a duke but to take it's teritory in england) He just ennacted "form danelaw" decision. whit Wessex (a non involved neighbor). Invalidating my holy war as he does not hold any more de jure english teritory.
It should not be possible to enact "form danelaw" while defending a holy war for the English kingdom title.

Steps to reproduce​

Holy War against England (against a nord character) then that character enacts Danelaw.
