Danelaw loses all vassals if king of England also holds another kingdom title and England title is destroyed

Description​

I use De Jure Requirement On (Limited) in my game rules. I started in 867 as Halfdan Whiteshirt and negotiated Danelaw. Eventually Kingdom of England title was inherited by the king of Croatia (who didn't personally hold any land in de jure partitioned England). I receive the event that England fell (Croatia stopped controlling England) and my title changes to Kingdom of England, and then the game breaks and tells me I'm a vassal to the King of Croatia (sadly I do not have screenshot). My immediate reaction was to exit to main menu and reload, and after doing that I notice that my realm has been reduced to the duchy I personally hold (York) and all of my vassals (including the ones outside England) are now vassals of the king of Croatia (who doesn't hold any other kingdom title except Croatia). My vassals were not independent at any point in this.

Steps to reproduce​

Turn De Jure Requirement to On (Limited) in game rules
Have England partitioned between Danelaw and England
Have another kingdom hold England title whilst not holding any land in England
Have England title destroyed and transform Danelaw into England
