"Danger: Under the Weather" travel event does not allow court physician option although court physician is present

Description​

The travel event "Danger: Under the Weather" has an option for the court physician to treat you while traveling. My court physician is traveling with me, but the option is greyed out. There is no tool tip explanation for why it is greyed out.

Steps to reproduce​

Load the save, check the event and the court physician location.
