Dany not able to become dragon rider in last two scenarios

As we know, Dany gets her dragons in the last two scenarios. However, after the dragon tweaks, I realise that there isn't an option for her to actually tame her dragon and become a dragonrider. Anyone got the same results? More importantly, is this the intended result?

Dany is specifically not able to use the tame dragon decision during her quest. This is so she tames the dragon at the correct canon point. If she goes on a tangent, say to Pentos, however the decision should become available.
