I'm new to modding in Cities: Skylines, and I'm learning how to import new buildings into the game. So far I have almost everything I need, and it is working as intended, except for a little detail. I noticed that for the first two rows of windows, the reflection has some kind of darker horizontal "stripes", as you can see in these screenshots:

It kind of looks like if the specularity map was misaligned with the windows, but I'm fairly certain that is not the case, I set up the UVs so there's only 3 images in the texture for all of these windows.

I tried making the windows' normal maps completely flat in case there was some clashing there, but the dark stripes persisted.

So I was wondering if there's anyone that might have an idea why this is happening.

Thanks in advance :)

It's the floors that are generated in game. In the menu on the right expand the one called Materials (at the bottom) and find the settings for floors. You can either set floor height to a really high value (or negative) to remove the effect, or you can change the different values to numbers that fit with where the floors would actually be in your building if you like the effect.
