For those who have already been helping me I've made a new thread because the other two were a bit mucked up and messy so I have created this thread to make it a little bit more understandable.
1. I've been told that the steam verison has trouble updating and that I need to move Darkest Hour folder from steam and put it somewhere else. I've found some darkest hour folder with disk 1 and disk 2 in it and put it onto the desktop, will this do or do have to go through steam and find another folder?
2.I have downloaded the patch but nothing happened and I can't find it on my computer. But as I read the instructions says that I need something called WinRAR or 7-zip, what are these things and which is the best one?
