Can someone help i bought DH for steam and it says current version ?.?.? and same for latest please help

That's an error with your registry and Steam (trust me, steam is the worst place to buy Paradox released games, use Gamersgate in the future) since the Steam patches don't update the registry. Just check the ingame checksum number is the same as the official checksum and you are fine.
