Description​

My character and his heir were killed at the same time, leaving the dead heir as house head instead of passing the title on to the next in line.

Steps to reproduce​

It occurred when my character and his heir were killed during the shipwreck travel event.

I'm having the same problem. To make matters worse, you can't create a cadet branch because the dead person's "government" doesn't allow it.

Same problem here. I am starting to notice the longer my game lasts the more buggier it gets when it comes to dynasties and facial glitches.
