Description: When executing a death row inmate, either one of these will happen:
- Warden and Chief will not go to the inmate's cell and the "execution details" task will be immediately completed.
- Warden and Chief will go to the inmate's cell but witnesses will not spawn, making the execution stuck.
- Witnesses will go to their designated area, Warden and Chief will stay in their offices. When you start the escort of the inmate, the execution is immediately and automatically cancelled.
Also: when testing the electric chair, it will say there's no sufficient power, even if there is. You need to manually turn on the electric chair and do the testing again. Another thing that happens is if a death row inmate riots, they will never get cuffed and will immediately start rioting after the tazer effect goes away, or whenever they recover consciousness.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start an execution.
2. Try to test the electric chair: it will say there's no power, even if there is.
3. Manually switch on the electric chair and continue with the execution.
4. Roll the witnesses in. Do not select the option to gather execution details. The task to get execution details will automatically start, and immediately completed. Warden and Chief will not go to the inmate's cell.
5. Alternatively, start the execution details task and WAIT for it to complete. Once completed, try to call the witnesses. They will not spawn. Note that the priest will not spawn either, but will spawn if you select the option to call the witnesses and don't select the execution details option (as stated in step 4).
6. Following step 4 and skipping step 5: begin escorting the prisoner to the execution facility. Execution process will immediately be cancelled.
Notes: In my case, the electric chair is connected to a green energy power grid. I do not know if this makes difference or not.
