Maybe I just suck at playing muslims but the decadence seems a bit overpowered. I have 2 sons in my court, they both go decadent. After 2 years I go from 25% decadence to 100%, game over. Restart. Same family. So i save up 100 piety and tell my son to shape up, he does, then 5 days later goes decadent again. Fatwa is issued against me, civil war in 2 seconds, game over. It's getting crazy. Now my idea for a sub mod is to base the CK2 muslim experience on the modern Saudis. We need a system where being decadent is actually desirable because you can get up to some pretty awesome hanky panky and wild parties...but this behaviour has to be kept hidden from the public behind palace walls. So what if we have a decision where rich muslim rulers could invest money into a great project to build a palace. It might take 10 years to finish but once built it prevents dynastic decadence from rising (provided you maintain the palace and keep putting money into it). Obviously only rich families can get away with it but this somehow seems more historically authentic. Thoughts? My idea is by no means complete, I'm just throwing ideas around, feel free to discuss.
