Decisions Available bug

When I have potential colonies and have decisions available (like become a theocracy), the "Decisions Available" notice at the top of the screen will also list the potential colonies instead of the decisions.

It tells me I have decisions available, and says "Decisions: "

And the colonies are listed after that...

Bug very confirmed.

I had 2 colonies available at one point. I colonized one, and the population loss from the settlers leaving the origin province prevented the immediate colonization of the other. So naturally, the colonies available indicator went away.

However, the decisions available indicator remained with the name of the province that I was not yet able to colonize.
