How do we activate them? DO they have time constraints, meaning say the one about The Saar... is it only available in 1933? i'm already in early 39 and it still hasn't allowed me to get back the Saar land from the french.

Also the produce... winter, jungle, desert stuff.. I've done all the techs for them but they have red x's. SO what's up with them?

I'm playing ttep mod.

I don't mind a start date for a decision, but if that decision has a tech as a needed requirement, then once the tech is learned the decision should be available just like the dumb card states. I've gotten all the cards saying... Sir, the following decisions are available for you... produce, blah, blah,blah. Also the Munich one doesn't fire.

These damnable decisions are in the game, not specific to any of the mods, therefore the mods shouldn't interfere with these firing.

For Saar Plescibite, you need Hitler as HoS ( this means after the death of Hindenburg ) and shouldn't be at war. These conditions will put the decision under decisions tab. And then you will be able to see what is the additional requirement for unlocking the decision ( which is actually withdrawal from League of Nations ).

But that's the thing... the ones i'm talking about didn't say the activation conditions.. case in point.. the annexation of Austria.. clearly states that to get it to go "green" you have to wait til summer of 38 til after the coup attempt.

The Saar, and the produce decisions DON'T say what their triggers are if you scroll over them and like i said it's now summer of 39.

Seeing as i already did the techs, do i get those benefits for my troops or not?
