How do we activate them? DO they have time constraints, meaning say the one about The Saar... is it only available in 1933? i'm already in early 39 and it still hasn't allowed me to get back the Saar land from the french.
Also the produce... winter, jungle, desert stuff.. I've done all the techs for them but they have red x's. SO what's up with them?
I'm playing ttep mod.
I don't mind a start date for a decision, but if that decision has a tech as a needed requirement, then once the tech is learned the decision should be available just like the dumb card states. I've gotten all the cards saying... Sir, the following decisions are available for you... produce, blah, blah,blah. Also the Munich one doesn't fire.
These damnable decisions are in the game, not specific to any of the mods, therefore the mods shouldn't interfere with these firing.
