Defence platforms not buildable

Running vanilla Stellaris on Xbox One. Early game, no mods. modified the standard defence platform template and now cannot build any defence platforms - not seeing anything under the defence tab on starbases or outposts. Tried rolling back to previous saves all the way to game start - same problem. Tried creating new templates. Started a new game - no problem. Loaded an old game - no problem. Just this game.

Kind of hard to have mods on console when they don't exist as of yet

That out of the way, it is possible that when you modified the defense platform it bugged out, as it looks like it has no equipment on it at all
