Description​

The tradition tool-tip states this:

"Our people have been exiled and driven out time and time again. While tragic, these experiences have led us to become exceptionally skilled in rear-guard tactics which minimize casualties. "

However, it gives: "+25% Friendly Fatal Casualties"

One would could argue that it is the rear-guard that takes the casualties, but I don't agree on the wording in the description then.
