I noticed in one game of mine General Keital gained Counter Attacker and Urban Warfare Specialist.
I figured these were gained when the leading General lead the battle personally, but I don't know the hell what these General Traits do, so could somebody copy&paste, direct or inform me of what all the Traits are and how you gain them and such.
