The US & UK have an event that determines which degree their western border is at. In the game, in the text for this event the degree symbols are replaced with the Plus/Minus symbol. In text.csv the degree symbols are shown as degrees (notepad, winXP), its just an in-game problem.
Perhaps this should be chaned to the word degree?
I imagine that similar problems may happen with other non-standard characters (if any are used in events).
