Delays

As the title implies, I am suffering from delays in putting this all together.

I have most of the next version put together, in a [large] .zip file (12MB), but I am right now unable to do anything with it. For some reason, I cannot connect to my FTP server, and therefore cannot upload this file. Additionally, I am spending Christmas with my parents, whose dial-up internet connection is not permissive of transferring large files.

Contrary to popular belief, I am not actually trying to sabotage this project.

I will try to have this up and running by the 27th, but I can't make any guarantees.

PS: One of the files that I need is the models.csv file. Did we end up with a new one, or are we going to continue using the old one?

- 1 Belgian description
- 1 country.csv file
- 1 credits.txt file
- 1 events.txt file
- 1 province.csv file
- 1 RandomLeaders.csv file
- 1 revolt.txt file
- 1 unitnames.csv file
- units.bmp files
- Leaders (including dummy files): zipped
- Ministers (including dummy files): zipped
- Events: zipped
- More leader and minister pictures: zipped
- Units: zipped
- Tech pictures: in 3 zip files
