Deluxe Edition Bonus Content - Lower Decks uniforms and Art Book

Where do I find the Art Book to download and how to I activate the Lower Decks uniforms?

I can see the Art Book as a DLC item on my Steam page but it's asking me to pay.

When I check the DLC tab on the Launcher it does say I have the Deluxe Edition, but no mention of the Art Book. There is a 'Browse DLC' button which takes me back to the Steam page.

Also how does the Lower Decks uniform work?

No idea about the uniforms, perhaps something in the launcher?

The artbook is in the game install folder, you can get to it from steam. Right click on Star Trek in your library list > manage > browse local files. It's in the main directory as star_trek_infinite_artbook.pdf
